Pricing
You pay Wectory only on successful Direct Debits. No setup fees, no monthly minimums. The fee deducts inside the same GoCardless Partner Integration transaction that settles rent into your collection account.
Rent Advance
Deducted at settlement, inside the same GoCardless scheme transaction that flows the repayment to your collection account. Accrues only on successful DDs.
You set the factoring fee with each landlord per deal. Wectory's 2.4% applies only to the rent that actually collects.
Rent Collection
Deducted at settlement, inside the same GoCardless scheme transaction that flows rent to your collection account. Accrues only on successful DDs.
You set the monthly fee you charge the landlord. Wectory's £10 applies only per successful tenant DD.
Composition
When you run Rent Advance and Rent Collection on the same tenancy, the tenant Direct Debit is the instrument under both. Each fee applies independently per its own mechanic. There is no combined SKU, no blended pricing.
